My Thinking Process

How I work

Outputs are the easy part. Here's how I approach ambiguous problems from the moment they land on my desk.

  1. 01

    Understand the problem

Sit with ambiguity before defining it. Talk to the people closest to the pain, read the raw data, and write the problem statement in one sentence a stakeholder would sign.

  2. 02

    Break it into hypotheses

Turn a fuzzy question into 3–5 testable statements. Each hypothesis names an assumption I can validate or kill within the week.

  3. 03

    Gather qualitative & quantitative evidence

Pair user interviews and stakeholder conversations with data pulls. Neither alone is enough — the story lives in the overlap.

  4. 04

    Prioritize with frameworks

MoSCoW, RICE, or a simple impact/effort matrix — the format matters less than the discipline of saying no to good ideas that aren't the next move.

  5. 05

    Prototype with AI

Use LLMs to draft SOPs, mock artifacts, stress-test frameworks, and pressure-check my logic. Shorter loops, sharper thinking.

  6. 06

    Measure impact & iterate

Instrument a North Star before shipping. Read the metric weekly. Kill what isn't working. Double down on what is.

AI Workflow

How I use AI to accelerate execution

AI is not a shortcut — it's a compression layer for thought. I use it to shorten the distance between a fuzzy problem and a first draft I can react to.

First-pass drafting, framework stress-tests, executive summaries

NotebookLM

Synthesizing large research corpora into thematic briefs

Perplexity

Cited market intelligence and competitor scans

Lovable & v0

Prototyping product concepts before spec-writing

Miro + AI clustering

Journey mapping and thematic synthesis at scale

Excel Copilot

Formulaic reasoning, scenario modeling, quick pivots
